Shipping Guide for Overseas
INSPIRE offers International shipping. All overseas orders are shipped via Fedex International Economy (or Priority). for Small Package, EMS (Express Mail Service), handled by Japan Post.
Domestic deliveries within Japan are shipped via SAGAWA Express
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. INSPIRE is not responsible for delays, damages, or any issues caused by couriers or customs agencies.
For first-time credit card purchases, Billing Information Confirmation may be required. Your order will be shipped only after the confirmation is completed.
Shipping Cost
The following are flat-rate EMS shipping fees based on destination region. `SMALL PACKAGE ONLY`
- ASIA: 3,000 JPY
- AUSTRALIA / OCEANIA / NORTH AMERICA / CENTRAL AMERICA: 5,500 JPY
- EUROPE: 6,500 JPY
- SOUTH AMERICA / AFRICA: 8,800 JPY
*Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the size or weight of your order. In such cases, customers will be notified by email and required to pay the additional fees.

use YOUR Fedex Account Number. Shipping, Tax & Duty, ALL COLLECT
Taxes & Duties
International orders are exempt from Japanese consumption tax.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges must be paid by the recipient. INSPIRE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the destination country.
As we have no control over customs procedures, we cannot provide information about the exact amount of duties in advance. For details, please contact your local customs office.

All international orders are final sale. INSPIRE does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
